Healthy habits for Mind and body taster session course Tuesday 2nd April from 1pm until 3pm, with a follow on course for 5 weeks starting Tuesday 30th April.

You will have the opportunity to –

  • discover the 5 ways to Wellbeing
  • explore simple, practical ways to improve or maintain your mental health
  • have fun and meet new people
