Norfolk community learning services invite you to book a FREE taster session for our Healthy Habits for Mind and Body course on the Tuesday 21st May from 1pm until 3pm, with a following a FREE 5 week course starting Tuesday 4th June at 1pm to 3pm.
You will have the opportunity to:
- discover the 5 ways to wellbeing
- explore simple, practical ways to improve or maintain your mental health
- have fun and meet new people
There’s only 16 places and it will be on a 1st come 1st served basis’
