Wereham Gong Bath

What is a Gong Bath? No water is involved in a Gong Bath Meditation. During a session, you remain fully clothed, either sitting or preferably reclining in comfort, to allow the sounds to “wash” over you. We recommend all those that attend to bring something comfortable to lie on, perhaps a yoga style mat or blanket, certainly another blanket to wrap up warm and a cushion to support the head. Some even bring along duvets, yet whatever it is feel warm…
