“With The End In Mind”
N o v e m b e r 1 2 t h 2 0 2 4 @ 2 . 1 5 – 3 . 4 5 Wereham Village Hall, PE33 9AP
Manifesting in so many ways . . . sadness, heaviness, shock, anger and even denial – often arriving in waves – that can catch you in the most unexpected moments. Often, grief is the emotion associated with the sense of loss following death There are many fabulous support groups available to help you through these times. Yet, grieving is a process that can, actually, begin earlier than this.
Perhaps, when a loved one is given a life limiting diagnosis . . . or maybe when someone you care for becomes more poorly and needs you more. There are countless and hugely personal scenarios. Each one bringing its own sense of loss or regret.
Yet, within all of this, it’s possible to be so busy in the ‘doing’ of all that needs to be done that you don’t allow yourself to feel . . . the pain, the sadness, the anger, the guilt, and probably not the ‘lighter’ emotions either.
So, here’s my invitation to those of you who’re caring for loved ones Give yourself some ‘timeout’ and come for a cuppa, a chat, meet others who are facing similar challenges and heartache to you, know that you’re not alone and explore some effective coping techniques too.
