Would you like to try something a bit different? Have you considered taking care of your wellbeing through creative writing with mindfulness?
•Here’s an opportunity for you. We are offering a gentle 2-hour creative writing session in a safe space with like-minded people. No experience necessary. The idea is to release your creativity, have fun, and go away with a sense of wellbeing.
•We plan to give you a chance to try expressing your feelings and senses using writing techniques and to provide you with a relaxing afternoon. At the same time, writing can help you explore and understand your thoughts and emotions.
•Wereham Village Hall, PE33 9AP on Saturday 12 October 2pm-4pm £20 per person
•Who are your hosts? Gilly Beckett, a passionate writer and tutor with a Masters in Creative Writing and Wellbeing and Sally Storr, a psychologist and coach to adult students, who is studying for a Masters in Creative Writing. We both believe in the power of creative writing for good mental health.
